What it is
Control without the black box
Flux is a control and automation runtime. It reads your sensors, evaluates your control logic, and writes back to your equipment — with every value observable along the way. HVAC is the focus, but the core is general enough for pumps and water management, lighting, or anything that's act-and-react.
We built it because the alternatives are black boxes: proprietary controllers you can't open, captive data, and a service relationship you can't leave. Flux inverts that. The configuration is legible, the data is yours, and the system keeps running on its own.

That right is backed by contract, not goodwill — our source sits in third-party escrow, released to affected license holders when a critical failure goes unresolved. And because the software never phones home, your building keeps answering to you whether we exist or not.
